Photo & Signature
The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-size photo with a light or white background. The face should be clearly visible, and the candidate must not wear a cap, goggles, or mask.
The signature must be done using black ink on white paper and should be clear and easily readable.
उम्मीदवार की तस्वीर हाल ही की पासपोर्ट आकार की होनी चाहिए और उसका बैकग्राउंड हल्का या सफेद होना चाहिए। चेहरा स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देना चाहिए और उम्मीदवार को टोपी, चश्मा या मास्क नहीं पहनना चाहिए। हस्ताक्षर सफेद कागज पर काली स्याही से किए जाने चाहिए और स्पष्ट और आसानी से पढ़े जा सकने योग्य होने चाहिए।

Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable)
Candidates must possess a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate of the latest financial year, as applicable. The certificate must be issued in the government-prescribed format.
